Vacancy: Production worker


Job description
We are looking for a production employee who is very hands -on. Experience in plastic processing is definitely a plus. You will use various woodworking machines. You glue and assemble various plastics into finished products.

Your experience gives you a good insight into efficient custom production. You are very precise and know how to combine short lead times with excellent quality.

We attach more importance to an eagerness to learn than to your existing skills.

In time, you will have opportunities for growth, and you will be able to guide customer orders smoothly through our production process. You manage the entire flow from the creation of the PO (Production Order) to the actual delivery. To this end, you plan the activities of people and machines in the best possible way, and you also roll up your sleeves yourself.

You can work independently and understand implicitly the importance of order, cleanliness and precision.


  • You have at least 2 years' experience, preferably in a plastics processing company or a joinery
  • You have a broad technical understanding and are interested in CNC machinery
  • You have a hands-on mentality with a sense of cooperation, punctuality, orderliness.
  • Organisational insight is an asset
  • Knowledge of Office applications as well as CAD and CAM programs, Autodesk Fusion are a major asset
  • Good knowledge of Dutch

  • Assembling or fixing pieces by: Inserting inserts and flanging.
  • Assembling parts and fastening. Checking that the assembly has been done correctly (visual checks)
  • Supervise the flow and progress of products on a production or transport line. Unblock and remove elements when necessary
  • Clean and tidy up the work area (materials and fittings)
  • Performing preventative or corrective basic maintenance of machines or equipment
  • Packing products according to characteristics, orders and method of transport
  • Assembling or fixing pieces by: Gluing
